Job Description
The Talent Attraction Associate takes care of the employee, management, and organizational development through various attraction programs. The HR Attraction Specialist responsible for planning, organizing, and directing a wide range of attraction and recruitment related activities.
Attract and Source
Execute operational plans to support the delivery of the talent acquisition strategy
Create and manage internal and external talent pool
Continually look to introduce innovation in talent attraction techniques to support the evolving needs of the organisation
Embrace the use of social media as part of the overall talent attraction journey
Help in planning and implementing attraction programs using various interventions
Onboard
Management of employee records
Oversee the new hire onboarding from Day 0 to regularization
Provide excellent people experience service to candidates and hiring managers
Vendor Management
Manage all external recruitment partner relationships acting as a focal point within the organisation
Monitor performance through regular supplier feedback sessions
Track the use of the recruitment agencies and associated spend
Qualifications
Education:
At least a Bachelor's degree graduate
Experience:
At least two years recruitment administration experience
Strong background in sourcing, know various sourcing tools and techniques
In-house experience in a global SSC/BPO/ RPO environment, a plus
