The TALENT AND CLIENT EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST is responsible for:
developing and executing social event calendar for employees to build a positive engagement, to drive motivation and to inspire the team to achieve their personal and company's goals within budget;
developing and executing marketing plans to increase the value and performance of the brand in the identified markets, to drive growth and to build long-term brand equity that meets KPIs, within time and budget;
cultivating and deepening client relationships and partnerships that add value to the clients such as digital newsletter, surveys, performance feedback etc. enhancing client experience;
establishing and maintaining good relationships with event suppliers, marketing and creative partners and getting the best value for money;
working collaboratively with the leadership team to create engaging marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness, reach recruitment targets and potential clients in the identified market;
maintaining and monitoring traffic and engagement on social media, YouTube, website and sales tools ensuring correct medium being used for effective campaigns;
continually assessing our marketing techniques and their efficacy in achieving targets;
staying up-to-date on current marketing tools and trends; and
setting a precedent for excellence through leading by example.
Requirements
At least five (5) years of experience in content writing, digital media and event management;
Have an entrepreneurial approach to the brand-building;
Strong communication skills, with a positive and can-do attitude;
Focused and results-driven with ability to work under pressure;
Creative thinker with strong analytical and organizational skills;
Ability to analyze data, tech savvy and pro-automation;
Understanding of market insights, keeping abreast with the competitive landscape;
Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication and Digital Media or similar
BPO experience preferable, but not a must.
