Your Role:
As a Talent Analyst, you will support the process of hiring talent by sourcing the best candidates from multiple channels, engaging with candidates to solicit applications and screening applications to provide quality long-lists within our Workday Recruitment System.
In addition, you will manage queries relevant to HR systems and processes, including on-boarding, payroll, leave, travel, exits & issue escalations. The role is accountable for knowledge management and feeding insights into enhancement of artificial intelligence of the technology platforms.
What you will do:
Engage with country base talent partners and hiring managers in building insight on talent gaps of current vacancies and pipelining talent for future opportunities
Manage end to end Workday CRM talent pools with proactively sourced candidates
Develop own network of sector-specific candidates and utilise networking skills to identify and engage with talented candidates (referrals from referrals, cold-calling)
Craft and manage job board advertising and career-site postings, to ensure advertisements are compelling and accurate aligned with our Employee Branding (EB) strategy
Engage, screen, and qualify candidates to determine suitability whilst gathering insight on each potential candidates' suitability
Ensure regular communication with Talent Acquisition Partner to understand on-going requirements and to share progress of activity
Maintain agreed service levels and targets
Participate and contribute within team meetings
Work independently in an agile manner, fluidly and depending on the business need, guides and supports stakeholders where necessary
Leads proactive Talent Mapping & candidate engagement initiatives as per the business needs.
Coordinating schedules with stakeholders and enabling on-boarding completion
Owning Hire Fact Sheet and making sure it is delivered to new Hire
Status/follow-up on payment of bonuses and employee referral program
Exit concierge - anchoring HRBP exit sign off checklist
Anchoring mandatory document collection from employee/family to enable smooth exits especially in death cases
Guide employee and LM through exit process to enable smooth implementation
What we need from you:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the candidate experience and stakeholder management
Experience using specialist techniques (Boolean searching) to source candidates through active and passive channels. Proven success in utilising social networking sites to successfully source candidates
Experience using Workday as a system (ATS, CRM) and maintaining a high level of data integrity
Demonstrable recruitment experience ideally within an in-house, RPO capacity however those with an agency background will also be considered
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
Strong multi-tasking skills with a comfort in maintaining multiple, often conflicting, priorities, and deadlines
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
Comfortable working in MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint etc.); advance proficiency in Excel require
