TALENT ACQUISITION & TRAINING SPECIALIST
 
Responsible for the facilitation of the internal and external recruitment, selection and placement processes and performance appraisal for R&F and supervisory positions; assists in the implementation, monitoring, updating and maintenance of the competency-based training system.
 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
BS Psychology Graduate, preferably Licensed Psychometrician;
Preferably with one (1) year work experience in handling recruitment and selection, and training activities;
Proficient in computer operations - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or its equivalent;
Good command in English - Proficient in both oral and written communication and in technical report writing;
Must have good interpersonal skills, good working attitude, hardworking, and diligent;
Physically and mentally fit to work with sound moral and social background.
Salary Range: Php22,000.00 - Php24,000.00
