Talent Shared Services (TSS) is a core service line within the Global Delivery Services organization, providing multiple HR support services including Recruitment support, Onboarding support, People Data Administration, Learning Administration, Cross Border Travel, Global Mobility and Performance Management support to EY member firms. TSS provides services to country, sub-area, area and global people teams and other EY stakeholders involved in HR, L&D and recruiting transactions and associated administration, reporting and people infrastructure. These services are delivered from our centres in Dalian, China Kerala and Bangalore, India Wroclaw, Poland and Manila, Philippines. TSS team delivers consistent, high-quality and operationally efficient HR transactional services to EY through a globally efficient and effective network of GDS centres. Recruitment VTH supports a specific Region and acts as part of the extended Region Recruitment team. VTH works in a fully integrated way with onshore Recruitment colleagues participating in meetings, projects and planning activities as part of one team. The Team supports the region in performing operational and administrative tasks to allow the onshore team to focus on consultative and strategic activities based on the priorities of the Region. The role's main responsibilities are to support the 'Talent Acquisition Specialist - International Candidate Care and Relocation Support' and the Oceania Talent Acquisition team with coordination of requirements for hiring international candidates into EY across Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea. This role will focus on providing a best-in-class candidate experience and ensuring adherence to compliance and process. Responsibilities may typically include collating documents required for immigration purposes, managing the posting of job advertisements, helping to ensure the smooth onboarding of new joiners, reporting and candidate care. Applications Used: SuccessFactors, MS Office, Essential Functions of the Job: Responsibilities: . Provide support with the job posting process to meet requirements for immigration purposes . Assist with collating documents to support visa submission process . Provide assistance with responding to candidate queries and providing a high level of candidate care . Liaise with the onboarding team as required to ensure the smooth onboarding process of new joiners . Support recruiters with tracking and reporting of candiate pipeline . Ensure recruitment systems accurately reflect recruitment activity . Manage compliance with all EY policies and guidelines Knowledge and Skills Requirements: . Good interpersonal and communication skills . Strong organization and time management skills . Confidence to engage and communicate with candidates . Minimum of 12 months experience working within an administrative role . Experience in human resources or recruitment would be an advantage . Experience working within a large corporate environment and managing compliance to procedures would be helpful. .
