The Role:
Responsible for identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent for the organization. This position involves a range of activities throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage the candidate pipeline.
Source and attract top-tier candidates through various channels.
Conduct initial candidate assessments and screenings.
Negotiate and extend job offers to successful candidates.
Monitor pre-employment requirements and ensure 201 compliances.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Coordinate and participate in job fairs and networking events.
Complete timely reports on recruitment metrics
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or with equivalent working experience in a related field.
With at least two to three years of working experience in end-to-end recruitment and familiarity with various sourcing channels.
Possesses high integrity and conducts work ethically.
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Competent in database management and record-keeping.
Experience in recruiting in the IT industry or a BPO Company is a plus.
Must be willing to work onsite.
