JOB OVERVIEW:
A member of the Talent Acquisitions & Deployment team, you are responsible for executing the company's end-to-end hiring process. This role involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, interview scheduling, and conducting interviews. You should have the ability to manage a full recruitment cycle and ensure staffing requirements are met. Additionally, the candidate should possess a comprehensive knowledge of sales processes as well as in-depth understanding of required skill sets in delivering effective sales presentations.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
The responsibilities and duties of the Talent Acquisition Specialist are as described below and are not limited to the following:
Source and attract candidates using a variety of search methods and sourcing channels.
Ensure timely correspondence to all inquiries from assigned sourcing channels.
Perform paper screening for candidates for internal and external roles.
Conduct behavioral and competency based interviews with applicants via Zoom video calls for candidates.
Complete administrative duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Manage social media platforms and assist in Talent Acquisitions Marketing Strategies as assigned by the Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisitions Coordinator or Recruitment Specialist
Experience in managing social media accounts and scheduling content
Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Self-driven and a proactive team player, accountability and personal organization are essential traits
Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
Proven ability to prioritize and complete projects within set deadlines
Hands-on experience with various selection processes and proficiency in conducting different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency-based, and behavioral)
Must be productive in a home office/virtual office environment with a reliable internet connection
Proficiency with cloud-based tools and platforms such as HubSpot, Zoom, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and common CRM systems
Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, an updated OS and CPU
Stable internet connectivity at 25 mbps
