UnionDigital (UD) is looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be working with the Talent Acquisition Team in partnership with stakeholders and search partners. The role will recruit for both technical and non-technical positions as required by UD to strengthen Digital Banking capabilities. These positions include, but not limited to Cybersecurity, Technology Development, Customer Operations, Product Development & Innovation, Risk and Governance, Data Science & Analytics, and Finance.
Responsible for the End-to-End Recruitment Process with prescribed SLAs

Timely and Accurate entries to the Recruitment Database
Provide recommendations based on the data
Advanced sourcing for positions identified in the forecast
At least 2-3 years of total work experience
1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in financial services
Graduate of any 4-year Business or IT related course
Good communication skills
Works with minimal supervision
Knowledge of recruitment processes in financial services or banking
Knowledge in Digital Banking - Crypto Currency and NFTs, good to have
Knowledge in Excel, good to have
