As Talent Acquisition Specialist, your role is to help grow LegalMatch Philippines by helping recruit top-level professionals to fill in various positions within the company.
Your responsibilities include:
Sourcing and finding talents all over the country for future and current open roles within the organization
Delivering the company's recruiting targets while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates
Providing inputs into the crafting of the company's hiring strategies - from sourcing to interviewing, marketing, and many others
Helping gather data for analysis and continuous improvement
