Position Responsibilities Positions Responsibilities: * End-to-end recruitment processing for various corporate and IT positions * Plan and coordinate recruitment programs and activities in line with recruitment goals * Develop a database of Position Responsibilities Positions Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment processing for various corporate and IT positions Plan and coordinate recruitment programs and activities in line with recruitment goals Develop a database of qualified applicants for current and forecasted positions, determining and utilizing the most efficient and cost-effective methods Actively recruit candidates to fill current staffing needs Utilize a wide variety of recruitment sources and strategies to meet recruitment goals Ensure all openings are filled following corporate hiring process steps Update Applicant Tracking System and database for assigned requisitions Provide Exceptional Hiring Support to hiring managers including regular meetings and strategy sessions Act as a consultant to hiring managers to provide insights on the Talent Market trends and updates Provide sound information on right profiling and fit to arrive at the most optimal hiring process available Identify process improvement initiatives for the Talent Acquisition Team Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor's / College Degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience 3-5 years of Experience in end-to-end recruitment in a technical or software industry Knowledgeable of Applicant Tracking Systems Experience in Technical Recruitment is highly preferred Sound understanding of hiring process and Client Management concepts Excellent Collaboration and Customer Focus skills Experience working with Global hiring managers preferred Excellent communication, follow-through, organization, prioritization, teamwork, and customer service skills Willing to work on mid-shift depending on business need
