We're a startup podcast production agency based in the US with a lot of team members located in the Philippines. We've experienced a lot of growth recently and are looking to bring on a talent acquisition specialist who can help lead our hiring efforts.
Requirements
Lead and take ownership of our sourcing and job posting processes
Build a pipeline of candidates for each role
Lead candidate sourcing, and posting efforts
Screen candidates, assess culture fit, and administer competency assessments
Manage scheduling and coordination of secondary interviews for candidates who have passed the initial sourcing and assessment
