Job Talent Acquisition Specialist
Description
1. Performs the following Talent Acquisition activities, ensuring that intended outcomes are achieved following standard procedures:
Conducting sourcing and pre-screening of candidates
Manpower Pooling
Administration of Exams
Conducting background checks
Consolidation of results of screening activities into Candidate Summaries
Verification of completeness of submitted pre-employment requirements
Preparation of Job Offers that remain consistent with the salary structures of the Company
Obtainment of acceptance of Job Offers
Preparation of Employment Agreements and facilitating obtainment of candidate's signature onto the same
Conducting HR Orientation sessions
2. Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Recruiting, Human Resources
Availability for travel: Yes
Availability for change of residence: Yes
