Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Ensures the quality of hires by being familiar with the Job specifications and competencies required of the position.
2. Processes personnel requests and sources candidates for all positions within the acceptable turn-around time.
3. Ensures accurate job postings on job platforms and social media accounts.
4. Shortlisting of qualified applicants.
5. Maintains active pool of qualified applicants.
6. Participates in various job fairs to acquire qualified pool of candidates.
7. Interpret and score exams to ensure the quality of hires.
8. Conducts initial interview and coordinates with requesting department on schedule of subsequent assessments.
9. Conducts background check to prospective applicants prior the serving of job offer and salary negotiation for supervisory, managerial and executive level.
10. Serves employment contract and coordinates with the Training & Development Section for the issuance of the Job Description to new hires.
11. Prepares payroll and ATM endorsement.
12. Prepares employee movement and facilitates signing of Personnel Action Form for regularization, lateral transfer and contract extension.
13. Maintains and update Manpower, PRF, and New Hire and Applicants' Monitoring Database.
14. Answers requests for Employee Verification.
15. Research on effective sourcing methodologies.
16. Responsible for the safekeeping of all 201 files.
17. Submits accurate and timely reports on recruitment such as:
a. PRF and New Hire Monitoring Report
b. PAF Monitoring Report
c. Applicants Monitoring
d. Manpower Report
18. Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
19. Ensures compliance with IMS standards.
