Job Responsibilities:
* End to end recruitment for volume Operation, Corporate Functions and IT/technical hiring requirements
* Strategic recruitment using various sourcing channels/real time endorsement and client management
* Endorsement tracking and candidate monitoring
* Effective candidate and client management
* Job offer/salary negotiation
* Reports, Data Analysis, and Presentation
Requirements:
* Completed at least 2 years in college, any course
* With at least 6 months proven work experience in doing Volume Hiring for Operation, Corporate Functions and IT/technical hiring requirements
* Proficient in candidate and client management
* Advanced verbal and written communication skills
* Motivated to work with tight deadlines and targets, with high level of resilience
* Good rapport building skills
* Willing to work in Makati
*Dayshift, weekends off
* Work Set Up
* Work from Home (Temporary)
* Must have own technical resources such as:
* laptop or desktop computer and internet connection
