As part of our Recruitment Services Team you will be responsible for driving end to end recruitment in various locations around the world from your base in Wroc aw. This role will also see you build strategic relationships with senior leaders and recruitment professionals around the globe. Your key responsibilities: Manage end to end recruitment to support all vacancies in the Philippines. Liaise with hiring managers, functional leadership, local HR and shared services throughout the process to ensure all recruitment issues are resolved. Leverage and drive sourcing strategies. Promote exceptional client service and a best in class candidate experience in all activities. Remain well networked externally to ensure you keep up to date with the rapidly changing recruitment landscape. Improve important measures such as Time to Hire, candidate quality, process effectiveness/efficiency, Hiring Manager and candidate satisfactory rate and cost per hire. Ideally, you'll also have: Internship experience in talent sourcing and driving end to end recruitment Well versed and innovative approach to resourcing platforms, tools and techniques. Knowledge of hiring principles including some understanding of labor laws What we look for An individual who works best as an independent contributor making tough decisions in a highly complex and matrixed environment would be successful in this role. A mentality of making sure that we are bringing the right people inside the organization as the core recruiting priority is required. Open to fresh graduates with a degree in Psychology, HR, or equivalent Experience (internship experience) in recruitment is an advantage.
