Job Summary
The person is in charge of seeking out quality candidates, confirming their qualifications and placing them in open roles at a company. The position requires the person to be good at numbers to make sure not only the progress is correctly reported to each hiring manager, but also to constantly review the hiring funnel data to see if each hiring channel has a decent amount of qualified applications. Also this recruiter is the one to communicate with each hiring manager to ensure the qualification of the candidates, works closely with them to align the hiring goals and its progress, and agree on concrete action plans to hire the right person with minimum lead-time.
Job Description
End to end recruitment process
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
Source candidates using a effective search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Screen candidates by reviewing job applications, and conduct 1st HR interviews as needed
Facilitate the offer process and effectively negotiating salaries and other related items
Arranges interview schedules between candidates and other interviewers
Take ownership of hiring process improvement
Establish operational excellence for every step of the recruitment process (new positions intake, JDs, pre-screening, interviews evaluation note, offer communication, etc.)
Constantly check the progress of the hiring and suggest HR manager to make improvements based on the facts and figures
Make suggestions to improve the end to end process for better candidate experience
Future associate manager of people & culture team
The person has a possibility of being promoted to People & Culture team associate manager based on the performance, to lead the end to end recruitment process, recruitment marketing, and employee engagement.
Requirements
Graduate of a top international/ local bachelor's degree (preferably but not required) in BA/ BS HR, Psychology, or any business-related course
3+ years in recruiter or marketing or equivalent role, and working experience in a fast-paced environment
Extensive knowledge of hiring methods and schemes
Basic calculation skills in a spreadsheet application (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets) is MUST
Have good understandings and execution experience of Offline & Online recruitment channels
Not only managing the existing scheme but also to make suggestions about how to make the process more efficient, and be the one to implement those improvements
Being productive at work, and fast at getting things done
Strong communication skills, writing skills, and interpersonal skills both in English and Filipino
