Duties and responsibilities
Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles
Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
Send recruiting LinkedIn messages to passive candidates and follow up when necessary
Browse resume databases and portfolio sites
Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates
Advertise open positions to external networks
Ask for referrals from current employees, acquaintances and industry professionals
Maintain organized databases with candidates' data (e.g. in our ATS)
Attend job fairs and organize career events
Keep in touch with past applicants
Use creative search techniques to look for qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles
Conduct benchmark research on compensation and benefits for various positions and seniority levels
Measure source of hire and lead-time for each role
Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques
Qualifications
6+ years experience as a Recruiter, Headhunter or Talent Acquisition specialist in hiring Sales and IT professionals
Proven experience in Executive Management recruitments
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or relevant field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
Proficiency in Google Suite and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
Expert level in LinkedIn
Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done
