The Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to: recruiting, candidate management, onboarding and administrative tasks, processing of invoice and completing a range of recruitment administrative duties in coordination with the Regional Talent Acquisition team.
The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with HR and Talent Acquisition team.
Responsibilities:
Provides recruiting support such as managing live requisitions, status monitoring across the recruitment workflow, review and securing approval of candidate declarations.
Supports candidate management by sending reminders and answering basic hiring and onboarding inquiries.
Works closely with HRSS and recruiter in providing onboarding administration support such as generation, review and approval of offer letters, sending out of welcome emails, collection of pre-employment requirements and other related administrative activities.
Supports processing of recruitment-related invoicing which includes checking and processing of invoices, generation of purchase orders, inputting of charge backs and monitoring and reporting.
Assists with records management including new supplier set up and Citi Approved Supplier management system administration.
Assists in adhoc strategic projects.
Background:
3-5 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of operational support utilizing Workday or similar system experience
Experience with MS Office including strong Excel skills
Superior communication and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple and often competing demands
Strong customer service orientation, strong interpersonal skills; demonstrates confidence and ease with individuals at all levels within the corporation
Able to coordinate delivery with all levels of stakeholder with a strong focus on meeting commitments, multiple deadlines and competing demands
Strong attention to detail and experience of drafting clear and appropriate correspondence, reports, adverts and job descriptions
Strong administrative and analytical skills
Passion for exceeding client expectations at all times
Strong team orientation
