Talent Acquisition Officer
Develops and implements recruiting plans and strategies designed to fulfill company hiring needs. As part of a human resources team, the position is responsible for the entire recruiting cycle - sourcing (internal and external), screening, interviewing, recommending for placement and onboarding.
Tracks and reports hiring results to different stakeholders and advices company managers and process owners on recruiting and retention issues. Researches and recommends resolutions for policy related issues and assists in the improvement of company policies, procedures and documentation. Supports the HR Team with employee engagement and relations Programs, retention efforts and company events and activities.

Responsible for end to end recruitment:
Performs sourcing, exam facilitation, initial interviews, endorsements to hiring manager and job offer for all frontline positions and a selected specialized and supervisory positions
Updating and posting of ads in online portals (internal and external)
Coordination with recruitment partners regarding endorsements
Calibration with Hiring Manager regarding requirements and collects recruitment details (manpower requisition form)
Coordination with C&B regarding salary offer
Reviews applications and interviews applicants from internet job portal and partner recruiting companies
Initiates administration and completion of online and written exams
Coordinates the scheduling of interviews with process owners
Prepares job offers
Ensures that pre-employment documents are submitted by new hires
Administrative tasks:
Tracking of applicant information, managing external tracker and internal movement
Coordination with Finance regarding payment of invoices (recruitment partner endorsements, background check, and other recruitment materials)
Coordination with Payroll regarding payment for the referrals
Requests access to IT for new hires
Sends New Hire Advice to Payroll
Providing new hires name to building admin for reference
Requests welcome kit for new hires
Onboarding:
Facilitate onboarding of new hires
Provide new hire kit and monitor submission of pre-employment requirements
Send out hiring confirmation to hiring departments, IT, Facilities and Payroll
Creates and releases welcome notes of new hires (monthly)
Facilitate internal employee movements
Skills needed:
Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resources, Commerce, Psychology or equivalent
3 years experience handling end to end Recruitment preferably in a contact center
5 years progressive experience in Human Resources
2 years Supervisory experience
Effective oral and written communication
Able to communicate across all levels within the business
Ability to absorb and retain information quickly
Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality
Knowledge in targeted selection or other competency-based interviewing is a plus
Amenable to work as an individual contributor
Can work on shifting schedules, holidays and on-site
