Job TALENT ACQUISITION
Lead a team of Recruiters to effectively and efficiently attract, identify, and hire qualified candidates.
Motivate, coach, and drive the team in reaching specific and long-term goals.
Coordinate with Managers in determining manpower
Candidate must possess a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or other related disciplines;
