Comprehensive knowledge and experience in recruitment processes, technologies, TA strategies and contemporary leadership principles is essential. In this role you will: . Lead, motivate and empower employees through effective & open communication and excellent leadership . Provide regular performance feedback and facilitate team building to maximise customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and team productivity . Drive use of data and analytics to generate valuable insights and enhance speed & quality of TA and workforce planning. . Drive a shift from reactive recruitment to build a robust talent pipeline which proactively searches for qualified candidates. . Own TA resources, processes including their improvement, optimization & digitalization . Collaborate with HR teams across AMEA to optimize employer branding to position the organization as an attractive employer of choice for potential talents Experience Required Five (5) years' experience within leadership and recruitment or HR role, with proven people management experience Knowledge of optimisation processes Knowledge of the business levers, processes, structures and finance Proven track record of continuous improvement Ability to realise concepts in a can-do mentality Understands communication requirements in a multi-cultural environment.
