Manage and perform recruitment activities of team to ensure business needs are fulfilled.
Keep an update in manpower planning and hiring needs in responsibility.
Keep track of recruiting metrics and reports.
Develop the network of potential candidates and create the candidate pipeline for future hire.
Coordinate with the external partnerships with universities, alumni associations, job boards, and other relevant parties.
Monitor and prepare the performance report of team, analyze problems and suggest solutions to leverage and/or improve the efficiency of team member.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's or in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business or related field.
At least 5-10 years work experience related.
Wiling to work on-site at Robinsons Cyber Sigma, McKinley West, Taguig City from Mondays to Fridays.
