JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Deliverables:
The end to end management of the recruitment process;
Manpower planning & implementation of the hiring plan;
Ensure closure of the recruitments within the set SLAs using cost-effective sources.
Good stakeholder's feedback on all TA functions deliverable.
Quality talent onboarding with stipulated agreed timelines.
Excellence in all TA operating metrics and scorecard like HMSS, CSS, TAT etc.
Ensure talent acquisition team successfully achieves diversity and inclusion goals
Core job responsibilities:
Understand the market insights/competitive trends for UR, Branding, D&I, and deliver on data and insights reports to support APAC strategies.
Provide support on brand messaging and communication plans for UR programs.
Support execution on D&I branding campaigns for the region.
Partner with country branding spocs on campaign management of key hirings/expansions.
Translate data into insights and support in the measurement of the impact of various initiatives
Support in implementation of critical technologies by educating Interns' guide, hiring managers on CRM and Intern connect app.
Support in organising road-show, event to promote TA initiatives and team engagement.
The key point of contact for effective stakeholder management and seamlessly integrate the needs of multiple stakeholders ranging from the candidate to the Hiring Manager and the top Management.
Align and Drive Global TA priorities considering local dynamics and needs
Manage Central resume database management, direct sourcing roadshows, walk-ins to the pipeline for sales reps across zones.
Design recruitment strategies and streamline the hiring process to close vacant positions in time; generate the ready to deploy talent pool for front line hires.
Plan and roll out IJP (Internal Job Postings) to motivate growth for existing employees.
Ensure Streamlining all backend activities, ATS updates, pre-boarding, documentation and coordination. Update candidate status and other weekly and monthly MIS reports and organizing weekly update calls with Stakeholders / Hiring Managers. Extensive reporting via excel sheets to track recruiting metrics.
Design recruitment tools and processes that relate directly to business needs, including selection and assessment tools. Customized sourcing initiatives and talent management best practices.
Accountability/Supervision:
Knowledge of the latest trend, technologies of Talent Acquisition functions.
Ability to network and understand the market trend
TA compliances and processes.

MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Education/Experiences background
Post Graduate degree/diploma in Management with minimum 10-12 years' experience of which Minimum 5-7 years' experience at a managerial level.

Ability to conduct large scale recruitments and specialized recruitments
Ability to initiate and design a proper sourcing mix for recruitment and thus, reduce cost per hire

Strong Technical skills and conceptual knowledge
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure their quality and on-time delivery in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment

Conceptualize and implement recruitment strategies/plans with the team to achieve volume recruitment targets and enhance service delivery
Act as a strategic talent acquisition business partner with key stakeholders, providing thought leadership in strategizing talent acquisition and sourcing activities.
Support, counsel and direct hiring managers on recruiting best practice, interview and selection techniques and training as applicable
Develop and monitor the strategy for each of the businesses/locations, to ensure optimum resource utilization and performance against agreed SLAs
