As a Talent Acquisition Lead you will be particularly strong in sourcing and engaging with senior talent and will be working with regional senior leadership and executives across (but not limited to) these orgs: Growth, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR, Risk & Compliance, Professional Services, IT, Special Projects. You will be most impactful in the hiring of our next wave of leaders as we double down on our growth this year and leading a high performing team.
What you will be doing
Be the trusted Talent Partner ensuring a seamless and high touch recruitment experience for hiring managers, interviewers and candidates. Own the end to end recruitment process with pride and ensure we hire not only the best, but the right talent for Xendit.
You are an exceptional communicator
You are inquisitive and not afraid to ask the right questions to ensure you have what you need to execute
You are great at storytelling to candidates understand the opportunity they're exploring and vouch for our culture
You respond at lightspeed and have excellent prioritisation skills, able to juggle multiple initiatives and needs effectively
You build and maintain relationships effortlessly: gain trust and credibility easily with your hiring teams and candidates
You are structured in your thinking and have a framework-driven approach to recruitment: reinvent and adapt our recruiting process for the business teams, eg. where it can be improved, and where it will deliver the highest impact
You are well attuned to sourcing the right talent
You have proven capability to source and close senior candidates (strong IC's, through to C-suite level) in critical roles across but not limited to, Growth, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR, Risk & Compliance
You are highly resourceful: able to deliver if LinkedIn is not an option and constantly experimenting with new channels of talent acquisition
You are a natural networker: nurture relationships with key talent pools across all of Asia (SEA especially) for short-term and long-term needs
Be a true partner: make the lives of your hiring teams easier, support them in execution in any way possible
Take ownership: push hiring teams to adhere to process when it counts, be adaptable when this needs iteration
Are trustworthy: you are accountable for your own pipelines and can be trusted to maintain them independently; you are transparent to hiring teams of your progress
Achieve a deep understanding of the role requirements and ideal candidates - and only put the most suitable candidates in front of the hiring managers
You are also prepared to
Take on admin: scheduling and coordinating interviews, getting interview feedback from hiring managers, posting of job advertisements
Own and participate in regional and global projects such as employer branding, ATS optimization, and operational effectiveness
Do whatever it takes to make Xendit succeed
What you will need
At least 6-7 years of recruitment experience, those with in-house experience will be prioritised
Experience recruiting across corporate functions and key business teams in a high growth environment, ideally have seen scale from 200 to 1000+ in a similar tech, B2B/B2C, SaaS/ecommerce/payments startup
Experience hiring senior IC candidates, middle/upper management and c-suites
Experience leading a high performing team
Able to demonstrate solid examples of tangible results in both volume and strategic hiring
Not afraid to work with senior management and a culturally diverse workforce * Skilled with admin and scheduling - we're as hands on as can be here
You are passionate about process, and hyper organized - you're the most organized person you know and don't let things slip through the cracks
You ultimately care most about finding the right fit for Xendit and the candidate - and are willing to be responsive to candidate enquiries and last minute rescheduling out of office hours
