Talent Acquisition executiveZalora

The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for end-to-end hiring from sourcing, screening and onboarding of new hires. The role will be based out of MCX and will be reporting to the Associate Manager - Talent Acquisition.
Proactiveness, hunger to learn and confidence to manage stakeholders are mandatory to winning and acing this role.
Responsibilities:
Manage volume hirings for interns and executive search positions.
Work with business stakeholders to devise the recruitment strategy and provide solution for hiring of key positions for business growth.
Sources professional level candidates utilizing different sourcing channels including but not limited to internet postings, employee referrals, networking and agencies.
Assists in creation of different hiring initiatives for candidate pooling.
Filters and reviews candidate profiles gathered from referrals, job fairs and other sources.
Endorses pre-screened candidates for interview.
201/personnel employee file creation.
Managing and monitoring different job boards, recruitment channels.
Manage the relationship with third party such as recruitment agencies, universities and other vendors.
Performs ad hoc tasks required in the department.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources and other behavioral field
With at least 1-3 years experience in Recruitment with extensive experience in end to end volume hiring; Executive search experience is a plus.
Proficient with various computer applications such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Google applications
Must be willing to work on extended hours or weekends and holidays if necessary
Willing to be based in MCX
