Your role in the team
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll be able to provide recruitment and administrative support by delivering highly qualified manpower to address HR requirements.

Your responsibilities will include the following:
Recruitment - 80%
Sourcing and Pre-screens candidates from various channels (Internet, career sites, network of contacts or coordination with search firms, etc.)
Facilitates pre-screening and HR interviews for internal and external applicants
Prepares and Facilitates assessments for internal and external applicants
Prepares and check test reports of candidates for endorsement to stakeholders
Schedules and interviews pre-screened applicants for entry level position using standard interview questions.
Assists in onboarding new hires including facilitation of New Hire Orientations
Regularly updates recruitment databases such as internal and external applicant trackers
Prepares drafts on standard recruitment ads for internet advertisement and internal job posting and send for approval of the Talent Acquisition Officer or Manager.
Handles other projects, assignments, and duties that may be assigned by his/her line manager.
Administrative - 20%
Issues and gathers all pre-employment requirements and follows all procedures in hiring of new employees such as completion of pre-employment requirements, ID issuance , ATM processing, etc.
Assists in ensuring accurate filing and maintaining of 201 files
Assists in maintaining physical and electronic employee records
Prepares HR documents
Monitors and requests HR office supplies monthly
Provide administrative support to HR by completing forms, reports, logs and records.
Assists in collecting payroll, compensation and benefits processing related concerns
Participates in planning and organizing company activities
Other tasks assigned by the line manager
Requirements:
No experience is required but a year of relative experience is an advantage
Excellent command of English Language - written and spoken
Knowledge in cultural differences of colleagues and be able to adjust the communication approach based from it.
Computer skills - MS Office, good knowledge of word, excel, outlook, powerpoint; ease of internet use.
Knowledge in business etiquette and business correspondence
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Interviewing skills
Good analytical and organizational skills
Polite, friendly and with professional and affable attitude
Observant with attention to details
Abilities to cope with complicated situations and tasks dynamic environment
Ability to respond positively and adapt to changes in tasks, procedures and shift schedules.
