An exciting opportunity exists to join a dynamic and innovative team environment providing administration and support to the Global Talent Acquisition Executive. The role includes a wide variety of tasks across the Global Talent Acquisition Team which includes assisting the recruitment team in attracting talent and spearhead recruitment efforts for full-time, part-time and contract opportunities across the business.
The Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) Team is part of the People@Nasdaq (Human Resources) Team, a cohesive and highly collaborative group working together to make Nasdaq an amazing place to work. The team works towards redesigning the GTA processes and tools to provide an innovative and seamless candidate and employee experience to attract the best talent to the organization.

Your role and responsibilities
As a member of the GTA, you are given the exciting opportunity to collaborate with our Talent Engagement and Attraction Team to create and maintain Talent Pool for the organization.
Provide administrative and logistical support for interview scheduling, coordinating with candidates, hiring managers and third-party agencies as required
Provide high-level support to recruiters, ensuring that the best recruitment is provided to both candidates and hiring managers
Handle the applicant tracking system for job postings, reviewing/screening applicants and creating offer letters, and monitor their on-boarding process including facilitating background checks
We expect you to have
Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent Degree
1-2 years of recruiting coordination experience in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with a focus on time and expectation management, ability to be productive with minimum supervision
Strong communication skills to build great relationships, ensure a great recruitment experience, and to facilitate a seamless process for our hiring managers/interviewers
Applicant tracking system experience is a plus
Willingness to work on night shift (9am-6pm) or (10pm-7am) and work in the office twice a week starting April 2022
It would be great if you
Have an experience in recruiting for North American and European countries
Have background both in tech and non tech recruitment
