About The Role
Do you enjoy finding amazing talent? We are currently searching for a passionate Talent Acquisition Recruiter Coordinator with excellent communication and relationship-building skills - plus an amazing eye for talent - to join our Talent Acquisition team.
As our coordinator, you'll partner with talent partners to attract and onboard new employees in the APAC region, especially working to help grow our Manila hub. Bonus if you are able to bring a network of potential candidates with startup skill sets!
You'll Be...
Partnering with Talent Partners to determine staffing needs
Creating, reviewing, and posting job descriptions for open roles
Reviewing applicants to determine whether they meet the job requirements
Looking for new and innovative ways to promote our open positions in the APAC region, especially our Manila Hub (such as job boards, social media, events, etc.)
Screening candidates with in-person and online interviews, showing them our company culture in the process
Coordinating additional interviews with the hiring manager and other team members
Administering skill exercises (such as writing tests) for each role as needed
Follow up with candidates to let them know the status of their application provides a customer service mindset of replying back to the candidate in due time.
Overseeing the offer, pre-employment documentation and hiring process once a candidate has been chosen
Providing candidates an amazing candidate experience by keeping them up to date on the status of their application
Constantly looking for ways to improve the application and recruiting process
Staying current on the company's organizational structure, personnel policy, and employment practices
Constantly looking for ways to improve the application and recruiting process
A liaison to employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
Completing regular reports on progress toward hiring goal
What You Bring To The Table
1+ years of related recruiting experience
Fluent in English (C2) with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Passionate for making people's lives better by matching them with awesome job opportunities
Experience using an applicant tracking system
Ability to understand and explain roles and job requirements
Outstanding knowledge of various sourcing techniques
Good time management skills
