Synpulse is looking for a self-motivated candidate with a strong interest in Design and exceptional interpersonal skills to join our Manila-based team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator - APAC The People & Culture team plays a key role in Synpulse APAC's growth story and will continue to pave the way for the upcoming milestone. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will hold an important role to ensure that candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process with Synpulse. Responsibilities: Coordination of interviews with candidates and interviewers Managing various administrative activities to support the recruitment process in our APAC offices Updating the applicant tracking system, as and when required, to ensure data accuracy at all times Management of day-to-day queries ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary Support recruiting initiatives, networking and campus recruiting events Support any other recruitment activities when required Background and reference checking when required Requirements: At least a Diploma or bachelor's degree Excellent communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook Good analytical and problem-solving skills Collaborative and takes initiative; self-motivated and driven; inquisitive self-learner Relevant experience will be an advantage.
