Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for providing administrative support of company-wide recruiting efforts. The Talent Acquisition Associate assists with the admin tasks such as job posting, interview scheduling, background check, 201 filing and transmitting, and screening of intern and outsourced applicants, and provides other support, as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
Supports talent acquisition efforts by posting jobs once approved MRF has been received
Assists Talent Acquisition Specialists with the following:
Schedules applicants interview
Completes background checks of identified hires
Transmits hires' 201 files to Talent Development
Conducts pre-screening when needed
Oversees hiring requirements of the following:
Internship
Outsourced
Project-based
Conducts pre-screening of candidates for interns, outsourced and project-based roles
Endorses intern, outsourced and project-based applicants to the hiring manager
Schedules hiring manager interview of intern, outsourced and project-based applicants
Extends the Internship Acceptance Offer to the identified candidate
Endorses intern candidate to Talent Development
Schedules assessment of the outsourced applicants based on the hiring manager's availability
Coordinates with outsourced partners regarding the following:
Assessment schedule of the endorsed candidate
Application status of the endorsed candidate
Status of the hiring requirements
Endorses outsourced hire to Outsourced Relations
Drafts offer sheets of project-based candidates
Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by the Lead, Manager or Head
Minimum Education
A graduate of any 4-year business-related courses
Minimum Experience/Training
At least a year of relevant administrative and recruitment experience is a plus
Competency
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to perform administrative work
Strong organizational skills with a focus on details and accuracy
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Working Conditions
Amenable to work in Makati (during and post pandemic)
Amenable to a compressed work week schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Amenable to render overtime when needed
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Human Resources Information Technology / IT 5 openings Bachelor's degree graduate
