The successful Talent Acquisition Analyst should have strong relationship management and networking skills, be customer-focused, and demonstrate initiative in all aspects of work. Organizational awareness, and the ability to use sound judgment are core to your success in sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates to hiring teams.
An ideal candidate is someone who is used to working within a matrixed organization and has a proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting metrics and prioritizing effectively to achieve SLAs.
About the role:
As Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will:
Manage full life cycle recruitment, emphasis on proactive sourcing.
Conduct consultative and strategic intake sessions with hiring managers and to set expectations and timelines for the recruiting process and the desired candidate profile
Develop cost-effective recruiting and sourcing strategies and proactively maintain candidate pipelines as needed
Utilize Workday (applicant tracking system) to post positions, manage candidates, develop reports, and maintain all recruitment data
Implement best practices to attract and recruit diverse talent including the use of technology, social media, community outreach, educational, professional organizations, referral networks, and outplacement agencies
Partner with HR Advisors and hiring managers to provide ongoing status on candidates, facilitate final selection and extend and negotiate offer packages.
Effectively manage projects, often with competing deadlines and priority
Responsible for tracking, measuring, and managing recruitment targets via talent acquisition capacity planning.
Leverage recruitment marketing techniques to attract passive candidates, and clearly articulate the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) of Thomson Reuters.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field of study.
Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated recruitment experience, with a track record of success in a high-volume, fast-paced corporate environment. Prior experience working in global information, professional services, or technology company, is desirable.
The ability to successfully manage at least 20 open jobs at a time while being mindful of recruitment SLA, is necessary.
Strong English skills, both written and verbal.
Strong relationship building/consultative partnerships skills
Experience in using Applicant Tracking System is required. Knowledge in using Workday is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
Solid background in reporting and target setting.
Accountable, proactive, and resilient. Willing to work extended hours if needed.
Confident, driven, and ready to be part of an awesome recruitment team.
Willing to work in Mckinley Hill, Taguig in a hybrid set-up (2 days in the office and 3 days at home).
