Reviews and evaluates the Architectural, Electrical, HVAC, Civil and Structural plans sent by client.
Prepares Bill of Quantity and Bill of Materials based on the plans provided by the client
Prepares/revises construction CAD files for revision, clarification and detailing of works sent by the client or based on client's preferences.
Prepares "request for quotation" of materials to be submitted to different suppliers.
Interpretes and prepares material and quantity takeoff for Civil Works, Architectural Finishes, Basic electrical works and Basic HVAC Works.

Qualifications:
Graduate of an Associate or Bachelors degree;
Strong English (written and spoken)
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
