What you'll be doing: The Systems Software Engineer is responsible for architecture, design, development and support of Desktop Endpoint Infrastructure utilizing Microsoft Endpoint Manager and JAMF cloud tools across the TTEC Global Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will also be able to efficiently ensure appropriate high availability and other performance considerations within our combined (virtual and physical) Desktop Technology Infrastructure, as well as oversight and support of desktop-specific systems and applications across multiple geographic locations. You will be responsible for: Design and optimization of both physical and virtual desktop technology solutions and supporting infrastructure in Microsoft Endpoint Manager and JAMF Hands-on installation, configuration and maintenance of Microsoft and other desktop virtualization technologies and solutions Perform standard technical changes and provide escalation support for complex technical issues per established methodologies Develop automation through script-based solutions utilizing Microsoft PowerShell, VBS, and BASH scripting languages Responsible for capacity, high availability and disaster recovery planning and support Participation in defining and/or optimizing standard operating procedures including, but not limited to, best practice security measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of customer data Identify issues and risks and work towards timely resolutions Desired Skills and Experience: Demonstrated experience and knowledge of desktop engineering and managing systems such as MEM, JAMF, Group Policy Management, and other management tools Ability to setup and maintain a JAMF environment Experienced in Apple MAC and iOS development and deployments Good understanding in Network, Security, Firewall, Proxy and VPN technologies, and Call-Center support technologies Demonstrated expertise in Active Directory and GPO/GPP, and understanding of Shared Storage, Replication, load balancing, and LAN/WAN Technologies 4+ years of expertise installing, configuring and maintaining JAMF and Apple environments Knowledge in Intune, JAMF, and Apple Business manager integrations Knowledge in automation and zero-touch deployment models Demonstrated experience with automated deployment platforms and scripting (PowerShell, VBScript, BASH, etc.) BS in Computer Science or related field JAMF 200 and 300 certification preferred What We Offer: A fun, challenging and rewarding work environment Performance variable incentive bonus plan Professional development and tuition reimbursement Paid time off and leave of absence programs Rich wellness program and activities along with wellness incentives Above & beyond employee recognition programs Access to local discounts to services and entertainment venues For more information and to find more sales jobs at TTEC, please visit our website at and sign up for our talent community while you're there. #LI-PM1
