MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation: Minimum Educational Qualifications for this position
Bachelors Degree
Relevant Experience:
At least 5 years of solid professional experience, some of which as a software engineer and/or systems engineer
At least 2 yrs of IT or systems engineering experience with exposure on DevOps, mobile applications, web applications, chatbot, integration
Experience in all systems/applications (on-premise and/or cloud) that involve customer onboarding and after-sales is strongly preferred
Experience working in devops culture and toolset e.g. CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, pipeline management and other ancillary tools is preferred
Experience in doing Infra-as-Code is preferred
Experience in container orchestration for apps e.g. Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, is an advantage
Experience in working large-scale implementations
Excellent command in English
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Maintain, network design, troubleshoot, upgrade, deploy, & monitor systems involved in mobile apps, web apps, integration apps for customer onboarding and after-sales
Identify application reliability and availability improvements, and establish and build solutions to continue to drive an improved experience for all customers
Work closely with the DevOps team and IT Ops for the delivery of new systems into all environment (dev, test, staging, prod) either on-prem or cloud
Collaborate closely with DevOps team and IT Ops to provide technical expertise and support on key initiatives for system availability and reliability
Continuously identify system constraints that cannot support both technical and business goals which causes bottlenecks, then lead initiatives and programs that address these
Continually drive automation and efficiencies to increase productivity and reduce costs
Write technical procedures and documentations including operational runbooks
Be flexible in participating on-call rotation, including weekends and holidays
