Responsibilities:
Will handle 1st level of troubleshooting
Handles trouble and issue management
Can identify/analyses the issues
Knowledgeable on PC, server, network, and infrastructure
Preferably a generalist
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or computer-related courses
At least 1-year worked-related experience in IT or equivalent
Has a clear understanding of setup and troubleshooting of various IT Systems (PC or endpoint devices, network, servers and etc.)
Strong business acumen with strong interests in keeping up-to-date with current technologies
With good analytical thinking and highly detail-oriented
Able to work with minimal supervision and can work under pressure
Computer literate
Able to read, write and speak Japanese is an advantage
