Degree holder graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology or other related field of study.
Applicant will be deployed as L2.0 Server support engineer for MNK IOC team task will cover but not be limited to the following - Configuration management, problem, intermediate change management, project based deployments and other tasks as may be required by the management.
Applicant must be willing to be assigned as "on-call" resource of the day depending on the business requirement.
5+ years of experience involving Microsoft Server R2 2008, 2016, & 2019 administration and troubleshooting
4+ years of experience involving NetApp Storage administration and troubleshooting is a PLUS  4+ years of experience involving CommVault Backup administration and troubleshooting is a PLUS
4+ years of experience and working knowledge on VMWare tools. Working knowledge in VSphere is a mandatory requirement.
4+ years of experience and knowledge on supporting multi-site implementations and administration of at least 4 of the following technologies:
Microsoft Active Directory 2008, 2010
Microsoft Exchange and Messaging 2008,2010
Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM)
Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
HyperVisor Platforms (Hyper-V/Xen/other)
Office 365 / Azure / AWS or other related cloud technologies
Linux administration (RHEL, CentOS and Ubuntu)
Experience on performing scripting methodologies (PowerShell, BASH, Python, etc) is a requirement
Has an extensive knowledge on ITIL Foundations specifically on Incident and Change Management. Being certified is a PLUS
Having a basic and practical exposure on network administration particularly on CISCO switching and routing is a PLUS
Having a basic and practical exposure on CISCO UCS administration is a preferred skill and likewise a PLUS
Capable of performing knowledge transfer initiatives
Willing to be on a 24x7 rotating shift schedule including weekend support and work on a holiday.

 Client-interaction - Capable of providing assistive guidance and consultant level resolutions by responding to client-oriented calls or via other mediums that are equivalent in nature.
 Independence - Often works independently with only general direction; appropriately keeps management informed of relevant issues
 Process-Oriented - Follows standard processes without making unauthorized and untested changes in the environment; follows standard succession plan for all impacting modifications
 Technical Proficiency - Strong in Server-Storage technologies capable of partaking role as "go to" person inline to the aforementioned technologies.
