This is a remote position.
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer to work full-time! Ideally, a team player who is customer orientated and has a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work independently as well as lead a project team being key to this role's success.
This role would suit someone who is energetic, happy and outgoing, wanting to learn new technologies and work in a fast-paced changing environment. You always want to impress with your service and enjoy positive feedback.
Our client is an IT Managed Services Provider and have customers that use Office 365, this position will be supporting day to day O365 operations, such as user management, policies, Active Directory domain controllers and other Windows related tasks.
Tasks:
provide support to the existing helpdesk team;
work on projects and new initiatives;
supporting and enhancing Windows and Office 365 environments;
work with Active directory to apply new GPO's, resolve occasional problems;
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years hands on technical administration experience in Windows Active Directory management, Office 365;
Previous experience with IT MSP would be considered an advantage
Good communication skills -- able to converse in English confidently
Work From Home Requirements:
At least 10mbps internet connection
Back up internet connection, postpaid or prepaid
Laptop or Desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher)
Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher)
Headset with mic
No background noise during work hours
Must not be currently employed full time
