About the Role
The main purpose of the System Engineer Analyst is to handle troubleshooting, resolution, and dispatching of 2nd and 3rd level support cases for Windows 10 and supported applications.
This role will also be responsible for baselining tools and reports.
Key Activities:
Coordination, Dispatching and problem-solving of 2nd and 3rd level cases.
Responsible for reporting and performance monitoring tools
Responsible for configuration and driving baselining tools
Microsoft Intune Endpoint Analytics and Desktop Analytics.
Root cause analysis and follow-up on issues found on Windows 10 Platform.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
2-3 years of experience from similar work experience obtained in a larger IT enterprise environment is preferred.
Able to troubleshoot on large IT solutions with focus on Windows 10, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory.
Must have Microsoft Intune or SCCM experience
Skilled in troubleshoot Windows 10
Skilled in reporting
Skilled in root cause analysis
Skilled in PowerShell scripting
Familiar with Azure and other cloud solutions
Security Operations experience is a plus
