YOUR ROLE
Support and maintain all Sea Logistics applications and processes as per corporate and regional guidelines. Support root cause analysis of system failures in order to provide appropriate ad timely solutions. Help to prepare the training material from the application side.Cooperate with corporate or regional teams for the applications development such as gathering requirements, software solution design, testing and supporting.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1st and 2nd level systems support (SeaLog, BPA, KNOPS, ESB)
Preparing BPA2.0 and SeaLOG export system requirements, organization, process and implementation
Communication with corporate support and development
Creation, development and communication of SOPs and working procedures
Administrative set up and testing of releases
Monitor and secure optimal utilization of KNSystems to achieve excellent quality and efficiency
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Good Analytical and Communication Skills
Knowledge in using MS Office tools
Proficient with Operation Systems SALOG, CIEL
Ability to teach and motivate others how to resolve issues
Team Player
