We're currently looking for:
As a Marketing Systems Analyst, you will provide data-driven and actionable insights for Marketing Systems organization. You are expected to leverage data and effective communication to answer critical business questions and influence executive decisions that drive business results. Your role is also responsible to drive key initiatives that promote operational excellence and productivity of supported business units.
This role is perfect for you if you love working with data, systems, automations, integrations and translating business logic into functional automated processes.
Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise-grade CRMs is a plus!
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business questions to answer, which can vary from daily operational challenges and areas for growth.
Provide thought leadership to business unit leaders with effective data storytelling and recommendations feasible to implement.
Design the right analytical solution based on proper business context, available data sets and systemic constraints.
Create management reports and dashboards using data visualization tools (Tableau, Excel) to monitor daily operations and performance.
Establish regular reporting cadence with business unit management to promote data-driven approach in monitoring business operations.
Perform deep dives and root-cause analyses on pressing business issues.
Integrate different systems to allow data flow from one cloud SaaS system to another as a solution to maintaining serenity within our tech stack.
Design, Built, Test, Deploy, Administer and Monitor solutions to achieve desired business outcomes while applying best practices across different teams within the sales and marketing operations teams. (Technologies include Salesforce, Marketo, Talend, MySQL, Oracle DB, Java, third-party integrations and APIs, etc.)
Lead major processes and re-engineering efforts related to CRM, ETL (Talend) , database and marketing automation infrastructure enhancements.
Study and document existing processes, to design and propose ideas to improve multi-platform systems reliability
Build solutions to monitor automated processes to support company wide initiatives.
Advocate for high quality and reliable lead flow between multiple teams and streams.
Tests the lead pipes from end-to-end while validating attribution and lead routing.
Work closely with relevant teams (Sales, Business Services, internal Marketing) to ensure cross systems data integrity.
Built reporting mechanisms and creation of holistic dashboards (Salesforce dashboards, Tableau) that monitors lead flow, integrations' performance, and CRM data integrity.
Establish and maintain documentation and training materials for CRM Integrations; provide general and specialized training/enablement to new and existing users of the CRM Integrations
Support and address end-user questions that may vary from CRM features and functionality to data analysis and troubleshooting
Desired Qualifications:
At least 1 year of related experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills including listening and presentation skills
Ability to gather, interpret and apply critical thinking to data to help inform decisions
Strong analytical, organization, problem-solving and follow-through skills
Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks, projects and deadlines simultaneously
Experience documenting processes using project management methodologies
Proactive in raising observations from data and providing action items
Experience in driving continuous improvement with a track record of achieving results.
Strong process orientation.
Ideal candidate is familiar with at least one of these technologies: Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, Talend, Alteryx, Hadoop, and a strong user of MS Office, especially Excel.
Ability to work, lead, and achieve results in a global environment.
Self-starter/action-oriented: Can identify opportunities for process improvement
Demonstrated ability to work as a team player and enjoys collaboration.
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability to work with attention to detail.
Demonstrated excellence in troubleshooting and analysis skills.
