Job Description:
· Production support lead for Informatica ETL batch jobs.
Qualifications:
· College degree holder, preferably in Computer Science and/or Information Science
· 5-10 years of experience in IT and in application development
· 4+ years of experience with Oracle 11g RDBMS and scripting or any similar RDBMS
· 3-5 years of Systems integration background
· Experienced with Informatica 9.6.1 or above
· Has good analytical skills, quality-oriented, has an eye for detail and critical thinker
· With good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
· Can communicate with all levels of the organization
Responsibilities:
· Ensure that the application is running as per the SLA
· Communicate with stakeholders in case of delays or SLA breaches.
· Identify areas for improvement in current batch processes and be able to suggest appropriate solutions.
· Provide on call support to address batch issues and perform root cause analysis.
· Incident Management, Service Request Fulfillment and Problem Management.
· Debug, troubleshoot, root cause analysis and resolve issues within SLA.
· Perform weekly incident/bug review meetings with application team
· Follow change control and continues integration process for changes to production system.
· Responsible for continued system improvements to help reduce tech debt costs.
