A. JOB IDENTIFICATION
Position/Title: SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
B.. KEY ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP
Reports to: CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
C. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the Technical Manager from initiation through implementation including phases such as planning, analysis, development, and implementation.
Responsible for the daily IT operation and maintenance of the system, including deployment and release, monitoring, alarm handling, access control, backup and recovery, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the system
Cooperate with development to troubleshoot various business failures and network abnormalities
Participate in the design and development of operation and maintenance automation functions, high availability architecture optimization, improve the availability of services, scalability.
Responsible for promotion, implementation, maintenance and technical support of system. Provide technical support or customer using the system.
Responsible for training in system operation
Will help in deployment using iteration development of open source monitoring tools (zabbix, prometheus, etc)
Will handle and support the operation and maintenance of distributed components, including ELK, kafka, mysql, nginx, tomcat, hadoop and etc.
D. QUALIFICATIONS
Familiarity in Linux/Unix
With experience with MySQL, SQL syntax and operation and maintenance script programming.
Capable of basic application troubleshooting and analysis.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience as System Administrator or related field is required for this position
