Help configure, and implement projects to support business users
Ensure the look and feel of our help centre, emails, and workspaces (usability, clarity, efficiency, brand tone)
Review our use and proactively look to ensure we make the best use of the systems for solutions
Administer queues and routing in the system, managing changes and their impact
Ensure documentation of system configuration
Be an expert in bespoke and automated reporting and support the business to operate efficiently
Work with the Senior Service Cloud Systems Administrator and Operational Project team to support larger projects
Collaborate with cross functional teams to execute back-end systems aspect of prioritized Live Person, Oracle RightNow and Help Center projects.
Help integrate existing support systems and build tools for future support channels
Support ongoing system audits, maintenance, tool consolidation, & upgrades as necessary
Analyze information in the system to proactively suggest or develop solutions to issues
Provide operational assistance to address the needs of internal users
Skills Needed:
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Experience of systems administration in customer operations systems, ideally LivePerson or Oracle (or both)
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent.
Experience of producing reports on customer operations systems, such as LivePerson or Oracle Rightnow Service cloud systems
