The ECDO Risk & Management Reports Quality Assurance Testing Manager is responsible for the Transaction Testing Operating Model (TTOM) execution for prioritized risk and management reports. End-to-End (E2E) process responsibilities include planning, scoping, profiling, sampling, test execution and observation validation. This role plays a key part in the transformation of the Enterprise Quality Assurance Testing Services Program and works closely with Risk Report Owner Representatives, Federated Chief Data Officer's (FCDOs) and Global Functions Technology (GFT) to execute transaction testing review ensuring adherence to the Transaction Testing Operating Model.
Key prioritized U.S. BCBS 239 Risk & Management Report scope includes Enterprise Concentration Risk ( ECRM Report), Single Name Exposure, Country in Crisis, Derivatives and Securities-Based Finance Transactions ( DSFT) Report, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Liquidity Risk, Interest Rate Risk Banking Book etc
The ECDO Risk & Management Reports Quality Assurance Testing lead will manage a team of resources. to effectively and efficiently operationalize transaction testing reviews aligned to the Multi Year Plan and Operating Model by testing data reported match their original source values, and conform to reporting requirements to identify areas which may require stronger data quality controls
or compensating measures.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a culture that drives client excellence, controls excellence and operational excellence by taking leadership, ownership, delivering with pride and succeeding together to deliver defined ECDO Quality Assurance Testing Services goals at every level of the team
Partner with GFT, Business Technology, Report Owners, FCDOs and external consultants to design and implement the Target State Transaction Testing Operating Model.
Lead Transaction Testing Team and Cycle Execution for the prioritized Risk and Management reports. Present Cycle Results on various Data & Report Committees and Forums.
Prioritize work, provide guidance throughout cycles, develop team member's testing skills, report and product knowledge through training.
Ensure adherence to relevant policies, standards and operating procedures pertaining to Transaction Testing Operating Model and E2E process.
Support Program transformation, Consent order initiatives and automation opportunities.
Support and implement standardization of Transaction Testing Operating Model, Cycle Work Papers.
Promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organizations. Demonstrates effective work relationships with business and global function colleagues
Assess impact of actions and adjust as needed; simplify and standardize at every opportunity
Support Internal Audit, ICRM, ORM and Regulatory Transaction Testing Reviews for Risk and Management Reports scope.

The ideal candidate will have the following knowledge and experience:
Subject matter knowledge:
Financial product knowledge
Risk Management and Risk Reporting experience (Market Risk, Credit Risk, Liquidity Risk, Operational Risk, IRR)
Risk and Management reports in a banking organizations
Quality Assurance transaction testing experience a must
Ability to collaborate, coordinate and execute with the broader teams, business partners, FCDOs, Report Owners, Data Providers, technology to drive the implementation of strategies and successful execution of transaction testing reviews / cycles
Well-developed organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, aligned with excellent attention to detail and time management
Audit or prior risk reporting experience a plus
Strong ability to communicate clearly to both technical experts, non-technical business leaders and senior leadership to facilitate reviews with various stakeholders
Ability to work effectively in a cross-function organization and balance strategic priorities with tactical actions. Cross Function and Cross Site People Management Experience
10+ years proven experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in financial services including experience managing large projects in complex operational environments. Solid team building and proven Leadership track record.
Ability to drive results across a global organization through excellent problem-solving skills, ability to see the big pictures with high attention to critical details
Adaptable, flexible, Agile and able to respond to changes in priorities.
Continuous improvement mind-set
Education:
Degree in Finance or related field
MBA, Master's degree Accounting or Risk Management a plus
CA, CPA, CFA certification a plus
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products
