The Finance Reporting Group Manager is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to provide regulatory analysis and reporting in coordination with the Finance team. Additionally, the Finance Reporting Group Manager develops reporting and control procedures to accurately prepare information required for financial reporting and analysis. The objective of this role is to ensure business/department financials are prepared and delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities:
Assurance/Analysis:
−Review and Analytics of Legal Entity(LE) and Managed Segment/Geography results at country/cluster level A
−Assurance - Owns the primary controls over the accuracy integrity of the actual results for LE and Managed Segment
−Guide and Execute analysis of APAC LE and Managed Segment level Standards Reports
−Approver for any exceptions, Adjustments, and final FDL/Pearl results
−Final Review of the CountryControllers and Board Packages
−Lead Country Expense Analytics includingCharge Out/APS Review
Interface:
−Lead the Country/Cluster Close (Pre, ME, Post Close Calls across stakeholder groups)
−Interacts with FP&A at Country/Cluster level as part of the closing process
−Support Local Audits Requests
−Point of escalation for Country/Business significant issues
−Provide information to key country partners,Finance, FP&A and countries senior management in order to support their business reviews, LRR, internal audit and Country\Cluster business reviews
−Anticipate finance and accounting issues and provide technical solutions for business requirements

−Build these capabilities by recruiting and training appropriate senior level staff, build sustainable training programs, build Analytical packages and repeatable processes to provide service for all countries and region
−Acquire, develop and retain talent that has end-to-end process knowledge, business and product knowledge and analytical skills to drive analytical insights and process improvements
−Further develop a diverse financial talent pool that can meet the demands of a growing company
Controls:
−Actively Participation in global Internal Audits as well as KPMG audit engagements
−Establish and maintain appropriate documentation/controls to ensure the integrity of financial, regulatory and management information.
−Create effective control environment to ensure adherence with all internal and external policies and procedures.Direct and coordinate audits and internal reviews.
−Establish a process to ensure all necessary reporting functions are operating effectively and efficiently.
