The Sustainability Coordinator (SC) will be part of a team that provides sustainability consulting services. The SC's primary role is to monitor and ensure the correct implementation of the sustainability requirements of each project during design, construction and operations, such as:
a. collects project ongoing data, such as energy & water records, waste generated, etc.
b. reviews of the project drawings and specifications
c. periodically conducts site inspections and reports status
d. assist in completing sustainability documentations
e. attend project meetings and keep track of all communications with the project team
With the responsibility to ensure that the sustainability requirements are dully implemented in the project sites, the SC will periodically be traveling (Metro Manila & Cebu) and engaging with the construction team. The SC must possess organizational skills and an attention to detail. He/she must guarantee the quality of documents, and that they are submitted accurately. He/she must be agile in to take on new roles and responsibilities related to the sustainability goals of the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors of science in Architecture or Engineering
Willing to learn and to explore new skills
With a sense of responsibility and accountability
Able to build professional confidence in due time
Demonstrates team-oriented success
Proactive in completing tasks and advancing the project progress
Able to gradually self-teach for professional development
Strong and adaptive communication skills with diverse personalities
Able to read and understand building drawings
Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint
