Basic Pay starts at 18K with monthly bonus up to 9K based on performance

Job Requirements:
Previous experience in the BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative (chat, email, and phone)
Excellent communication skills
Advanced written English grammar and spelling
Organized and detail-oriented
Positive, solution-minded personality
Strong desire to help and serve people
Comfortable using Google Documents, Google Sheets, Excel, and other similar programs
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to clients' queries in an accurate and timely manner via email or live chat.
Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns are resolved.
Gather customer feedback and forward the information to the assigned team.
Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
Update our internal database with information about common issues and useful discussions with clients.
Assist in creating systems for future customer service agents.
