About the Unit
Yara Fertilizers Philippines Inc. has been supporting the Filipino farmers since 1986. Headquartered in Taguig City, Yara's presence is felt across the Philippines where it operates in the country's three major territories - Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. With two main warehouses located in Bulacan and Davao, respectively, Yara has served its growing customers' needs making its products accessible to end-users.
Responsibilities
1. Maintain and handle records /reports related to inventory movement
2. Encoding data in the SUN System related to inventory
Recording of bagging of raw materials
Recording of all release of inventory in the warehouse/vessel
Recording of Inter-Warehouse transfer of stocks
Recording of Withdrawals of customers
3. Daily validation of Supporting Documents from warehouse to movement report.
4. Daily checking of completeness of transactions through series no. of accountable forms
5. Weekly sending of Inventory movement report to Operations and Customer Service team
6. Assist on Physical inventory count (at least 4 times a year)
7. Reconciliation of Variances from SUN vs Count Report through matching between Inventory movement Report from Warehouse and sun Inventory Listing report on a monthly basis; prepares reports for Month-end reporting such as inventory listing and creation of analysis codes of lot sheet numbers for new vessels
Profile
Business course graduate
With experience in inventory management gained in a distribution company or shipping company
Knowledgeable in ERP systems and MS word applications
Additional Information
Exposure to SUN 6 System and proficiency in MS Excel - definite edge
Experience in the agricultural industry an advantage
Driving skills a plus
Onsite and remote working with occasional travels
