SUPPORT KNOWLEDGE EXPERT POSITION - PH BASED
 
Role Overview:
 
We are looking for a Support Knowledge Expert to join our awesome Knowledge Team. The knowledge team has an enormous impact on the entire support department in all of its aspects.
 
As a knowledge expert, you'll work with team leaders and managers by providing them with tools to train and improve the knowledge and soft skills of their teams. You will develop training materials based on different analyses to identify knowledge gaps and initiate learning activities as you see fit. You will also work with the advanced support team to create technical articles to support the agents in their day-to-day work.
 
In addition, we have a lot of new and innovative projects we work on to stay ahead of the curve. If you're passionate about training and possess technical writing skills, join our team and make a meaningful impact at Yotpo.
 
Requirements:
Ability to manage tasks independently, and initiate learning projects.
Self-motivated and proactive self-learner with a demonstrated ability to acquire new skills and knowledge autonomously.
Proficiency in understanding complex technical concepts and translating them into user-friendly materials.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Amenable to work in a hybrid setup.
Advantage:
Proven experience as a technical support agent.
Proven experience in creating training programs.
Strong background in creating technical articles, documentation, or knowledge-based content.
Excellent communication skills.
