Welink MCS is hiring for a Support Admin Assistant (3-month project-based) in behalf of a client partner in the BPO Industry

Responsibilities:
This position provides administrative support to ensure efficient operations in the People and Support Services.
Furthermore, this position shares task and responsibility with the other facets of the departments under the People and
Support Services and performs assistance to Onboarding, HR Documentation, Performance Management, Employee
Database Management and generating of reports. This position works closely with the Head of People and Support in
capturing requirements including process opportunities, companies' performance status, and new or enhanced reporting
needs. The Support Admin Assistant acts as a liaison for departments such as HR and Admin and Information Technology and must understand both the department objectives and the day-to-day processes and assist to meet the needs of the department to attain the objectives of the company.
Pre-employment Requirements
• Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR Information System and auditing for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitors the submission of the company's pre-employment requirements.
201 Files Management
• Prepares and maintains hard copies and digital copies of 201 files.
• Securing of Employee files in the 201 including the pre-employment requirements, Organizational justice memos, notices and other documents, training certificates, Accountability Agreement, etc.
• Updating of the 201 files of active employees
• Archiving and disposal of 201 files of inactive employees.
Employee Database management
• Maintaining the up-to-date correct ****rmation in the database for active and inactive employees.
• Maintaining the up-to-date correct ****rmation in the database for active and inactive interns.
• Updating the database base on employee movements such as but not limited to regularization, change of employment classification, lateral transfer, temporary transfer, interim, promotion, reclassification, and demotion.
Performance Management Tracking
• Tracks and files the performance evaluation of all employees
• Keep the performance evaluations complete and up-to-date
• Coordinate with the employees and/or immediate supervisor to follow up pending performance evaluations
Adhocs
• Reports generation
• Documents Minutes of the Meeting
• Assist the People and Support in various clerical/ administrative tasks.
• Assist and perform other official work as instructed by the Head of People and Support
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any equivalent degree.
• Above average English verbal and written communication skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Excellent team player.
• Can work with minimal supervision.
• Organized, responsible, and keen on details.
• Able to work with deadlines.
• Speed and flexibility in responding to the needs of the business.
• Highly organized and reliable.
• Well-versed with different Microsoft Office Tools.
• Hardworking and dynamic.
• Have a high level of confidentiality
• Amenable to a 3 months' project-based role
• With 1 - 2 years' experience in a similar role or capacity is an advantage.
